She completed her PhD in Psychology in 2008 at the University of Minho and her degree in Clinical and Health Psychology in 2003 at the University of Minho. She is a researcher at the University of Minho, President of the Portuguese Association for Career Development, Coordinator of the Vocational Psychology Consultation and the Training and Professional Development Unit at the Psychology Association of the University of Minho and a member of the editorial team at Psiquilibrios.
