Study | How Sleep Influences Academic Performance and Well-Being?

Are you a university student interested in contributing to research on how sleep affects academic performance and well-being?

We invite you to participate in a study designed to better understand university students’ sleep habits and their impact on academic performance and overall well-being.

Your participation is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time without any consequences. By participating, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire, which takes approximately 15 minutes. The questions cover topics such as your sleep schedule, sleep quality, and how you feel during the day.
