Natividade Couto Pereira is currently a Researcher at the Psychological Neuroscience Lab (PNL), Psychology Research Center (CIPsi), University of Minho. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry by the University of Porto, Portugal, and a PhD in Biochemistry by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Moved by the interest in complex data analysis, she recently obtained a postgraduate degree in Data Science at Purdue University, USA. Her research focuses on the lifelong neurophysiological and neuropsychological impact of early life adversity, combining behavioral, neuroimaging and neurochemical assessments. Dr. Couto Pereira collaborates with research teams across France, Germany, Canada and Brazil, and has published 28 peer-reviewed papers, while serving as a reviewer for multiple high impact journals.
